Conditions for space rental:

Hello Awesome vendors! All vendors are required to supply their own canopy and have it weighted. Gather Arts Market - Hockinson will run rain or shine. Please come prepared. If a required food permit from Clark County Health Department is needed, it should be available on request at the market and attached to this form below.


Set-Up: You may begin load-in at 8:45 am. Set-up must be complete and vehicles must be out of the market by 15 minutes before the market opens. Vendors should offload their packed products and supplies in their space, park their vehicles in Vendor parking spaces, and then return to unpack their products and set up the booth space. Displays must be placed within the booth area, please.  


Space Assignments:  Space Assignments will be communicated within 24 hours of market day. Please be aware your space may change from your previous assignment. A vendor may NOT pack up and leave the market during market hours (10 am - 2 pm).  


Restrooms: Restrooms are located inside the community center and are available to all vendors and customers. This was part of your booth cost we negotiated with the community center. 

Tear down: Vendors are required to remove all trash and debris from their space at tear down. A dumpster will be provided. Please bring all cardboard boxes home with you. The lot needs to be cleared by 4 pm. However, if there are still customers present at 2:00 - please let them shop. It is dangerous to drive vehicles through the lot while customers are still present.

** Gather Arts Llc reserves the right to deny anyone a space if their merchandise is not compliant with the facilities' guidelines.
